Having weathered every storm, today Malik Butchers stands as the oldest Halal butchers in Wolverhampton. However, that doesn't even scratch the surface of our 60+ year story that culminates in the 3rd generation of the Malik family eventually taking the helm. Our story starts all the way back in East Africa, with the political turmoil of the Kenyan Protectorate providing the backdrop, incorporating the escape of social exclusion in Kenya, chasing a distant dream of fortune and a good life, through endless numbers of sleepless nights and blood, sweat and tears that today results in a dream very much fulfilled! FAQ's

Can you guarantee that all of your products are Halal?

In a word, YES we can. With our 50 years of developing relationships within the market, we are confident in our supply chains in being able to deliver a 100% Halal product to you. So confident that we would happily eat it ourselves!

Are you HMC certified?

The vast majority of our products are HMC sourced, however we are not HMC certified. This is due to HMC having its obvious limitations, particularly when sourcing premium specialist products, such as USDA certified products.

What is your delivery policy?

Provided you place your order before 10:00am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, then you should receive your order the following day. If the order is placed after 10:00am, then your order will be processed the following day, with delivery the day after, unless you order over the weekend, in which case you will receive your order the following Tuesday.

Do you have a physical shop that we can visit?

Unlike the majority of our competitors who are an online business only, we have an established shop in Wolverhampton that opened in 1970. This gives us an advantage because it allows you to come and inspect the products that we sell.

How can I be confident that the products I receive are fresh?

We use temperature controlled packaging. The methods we use are tried and tested, that maintain a constant temperature for up to 48hrs, and ensures that your order reaches your home in as fresh a state as possible

I want a product that isn't listed on your website. Can you help?

Yes we can. We appreciate that the variety of products we offer doesn't necessarily mean that we have covered all the bases.
