Beef Dripping

Description

Pure halal beef dripping, rendered in-house from the fat of our own beef. Nothing added — just slowly rendered, strained and set into a firm white block that keeps for months in the fridge. It has a high smoke point, so it handles roasting and frying far better than most oils, and gives potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and pastry the savoury depth you can't get any other way. A spoonful is also the traditional base for a proper gravy.
