Our Policy
Fresh & frozen food
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen food, we cannot accept returns under the Distance Selling Regulations Act. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it.

Refunds & Replacements
Quality or Delivery Issues
If products don't meet our standards, arrive damaged, or items are missing/incorrect, we'll arrange a full refund or replacement. Include photos when contacting us.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Refunds are based on the price paid. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
Cancellations
Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel. Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.
Late or Missing Refunds?
1. Check with your bank or payment provider
2. Contact your card issuer to confirm the status
3. Allow processing time, then contact us if still missing
No postal returns. Please do not send items back by post - we cannot guarantee receipt.
Your Responsibility
Once delivered, ownership transfers to you. Check labels and storage instructions carefully. We're not liable for damage from incorrect storage or factors beyond our control.
Need to Report an Issue?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
