Frequently Asked Questions
Subscribe & Save Terms
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Your saved payment method will be charged before each delivery. You will receive a reminder email 2 days before each scheduled charge.
Pricing & Discounts
Subscription discounts (5%, 10%, or 15%) are applied to the retail price of items at the time of each renewal. Prices may change due to market conditions. If a price increase exceeds 10%, you will be notified before your next charge. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Changes & Cancellation
You may modify your basket, change delivery frequency, update your delivery address, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Changes must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, subscription orders cannot be refunded once dispatched. If you need to prevent an upcoming order, please skip or cancel at least 7 days before your next delivery date. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours at info@malikbutchers.com and we will resolve the issue.
Payment Failures
If a scheduled charge fails, we will retry up to 3 times over the following days. You will receive email notifications with instructions to update your payment method. If the payment issue is not resolved, your subscription will be paused automatically. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method in your account.
Payment Security
All payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Malik Butchers does not store your full card details. Your card information is encrypted and tokenised for recurring charges.
