All our meat products are 100% Halal certified. We source exclusively from approved Halal suppliers and our processes comply with Islamic guidelines.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Ordering & Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your products.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You must pay in full before we dispatch your order.

4. Delivery

We offer various delivery options as detailed on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate products immediately. We are not responsible for products left unrefrigerated or stored incorrectly.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if products arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.
