Aleppo Mortadella is a cold cut with deep historical roots, tracing back to the crusader crossroads of what is now south-east Turkey and northern Syria. Ours is made using heritage British mutton from a primitive breed closely related to the sheep of that era.Delicately spiced and handled with restraint, it’s crafted to honour a family recipe passed down from antiquity. This is not reinvention for novelty’s sake it’s respectful craftsmanship, connecting past and presentthrough flavour, technique, and time.
